Your account

Delete your account: Profile → Account → Delete account. Your household data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Export your data: the household owner taps More → Settings → Export my data, at any time and on any plan.

Subscription

Manage or cancel Premium: in the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Restore a purchase: open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases.

When Premium ends: the household moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted or locked.

Documents

A receipt read wrongly: correct the fields on the review screen before saving; nothing is saved until you confirm it.
